01 — Equipment
Sony A7 IV (33MP, full-frame, dual SD/CFexpress) and Sony A7S III (4K 120fps low-light specialist) running as a primary-plus-backup body pair on every shoot. Full professional lighting kit. FAA Part 107–licensed 4K aerial drone with insured commercial operations. Atomos monitoring on video work. Tethered capture for studio sessions where the client needs to approve frames live.
02 — Team
Nvar is the lead photographer on every shoot — the same person you spoke to in consultation shows up on the day, edits the gallery, and signs every delivery email. Behind the camera is a small Lincoln-based team handling SEO, marketing strategy (Cole Butler), retouching pipeline, and second-shooter coverage for multi-camera weddings or large commercial sets. You always know who is responsible for each piece of the work.
03 — Post-Production
Every selected frame is color-graded in our in-house NVAR profile in Lightroom Classic + Photoshop — not a bought Instagram preset slammed across the gallery in thirty seconds. Skin tones held consistent across mixed lighting. Editorial-quality retouching available on headshots and brand portraits. The look stays cohesive across the entire delivery.
04 — Delivery Standards
2-week color-graded gallery delivery in every wedding contract. Same-week for portraits and headshots. Online sneak peeks within 48 hours of every wedding. Private password-protected galleries hosted for a year minimum. Print release and full-resolution files included on every package. All raw + edited files retained on our backup storage for three years — insurance against client drive failures.

For weddings and commercial work, we walk the venue (or virtually scout it) and build the shot list with you before the day. No improvising on the clock.

Print release, advertising license, and marketing rights are included on every package — not unlocked through a separate fee.
We hold your raw + edited files on backup storage for three years. If your drive dies in year two, we still have your wedding.
